It provides students with daily access to industry-standard training facilities, specialized equipment, and practical learning resources, including utility poles, bucket trucks, digger derricks, transformers, climbing equipment, and safety gear. Unlike many training programs, each student is assigned their own training pole, allowing for more individualized instruction and significantly more hands-on practice throughout the program. This fee also helps cover equipment maintenance, inspections, repairs, consumable training materials, and the ongoing upkeep of our field training facilities to ensure students train in a safe, realistic, and professional environment.
