FIRST AID & CPR

The purpose of this course is to help participants identify and eliminate potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognize emergencies, and make appropriate decisions for first-aid care and proper CPR techniques. It teaches the necessary skills to provide immediate care for a suddenly ill or injured person until more advanced medical care arrives.

OSHA 10 HOUR

The OSHA 10-hour construction training certification, taught online, will teach participants about recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in the workplace. This course focuses on federal OSHA construction industry standards and is a proven way to get your OSHA 10 Card and achieve the safety level required by your company for work in the construction industry.

DIGGER TRUCK OPERATIONS

Students become familiar with the major working parts, controls, and safe operating practices for digger trucks. After completing this course, students should be able to identify and locate the controls and working parts of a digger truck as well as the safe operation of equipment in the field.

POLE TOP & BUCKET RESCUE

Pole top & bucket truck rescue training teaches the skills necessary to save another person's life. The course gives hands-on experience for both pole top and bucket truck rescue operations that require dynamic action. The rigging, lifting, and lowering skills necessary to get the victim down from elevated heights are practiced.

COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE

Our students will get an overview of the Class A or B commercial driver's license driving test. Training includes in-cab air brake tests, proper shifting, right and left-hand turns, movement in traffic, parking of a tractor trailer, highway and city driving, and backward movement and control. Road testing is administered by an outside company not affiliated with L.I.N.E. This course is not a requirement for completion of training, but most employers consider CDL an essential element for employment.
